Our client is a subsidiary of an Italian group located nearly Charlotte in North Carolina. To increase their business we are looking for an Installation Coordinator resident in USA with technical background and interest to live in America.
The profession is focused on the coordination of the sites, technical supervisor and subcontractors, ensuring correct execution, quality and timing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantee technical and commercial support to area managers in line with sales strategies and managing customer relationships;
- Providing technical support to customers during the offer phase, advising on the technical feasibility of projects and the most suitable solutions for their needs;
- manage an order on site from the first site inspection to the deadline and the final acceptance, ensuring compliance with the tender specifications by suppliers and monitoring the activities;
- check the correct equipments delivery and their proper installation with technical specifications;
- quotations of possible extra costs;
- Supply technical support to local installers, ensuring the correct installation and commissioning of systems;
- Producing targeted offers for turnkey installations in countries with high demand, analyzing specific customer needs and proposing customized solutions;
- Managing complex projects in international contexts and adapting to different cultures and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education background in technical field, refrigeration system is preferred;
- 2 years in the same role;
- English is mandatory;
- Willingness to travel locally for day trips to visit nearby suppliers.
Soft Skill:
- Proactivity and experience managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
The company offers:
- one year of technical and management training at Italian headquarter;
- after one year, agreement on American job positions and relocation to the USA.
