Our client is a fast-growing, innovative scale-up with a recently launched European business model. They developed a B2B marketplace for used buses, with a mission to digitize the buying and selling of these vehicles by providing easy and quick access to online auctions. The team, currently at around 50 professionals, is rapidly expanding, fostering a corporate culture rooted in collaboration, innovation and development of individual talent. The company has tasked us with selecting a:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
CENTRAL & EASTERN POLAND
The role:
- Responsible for creating new business opportunities, focusing on field prospecting activities in Central and Eastern Poland. The main working area will be Warsaw and surrounding regions, including the provinces: Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Lubelskie, Podlaskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie
- Through territorial mapping activities, identify potential client companies and conduct commercial visits with the aim of finalizing acquisitions adopting a sales consultancy approach
- Autonomously manage a client portfolio of transport sector companies, following specific criteria provided by the company
- Participate in online commercial meetings with the international team and prepare reports to monitor the progress of the developed portfolio
- Report directly to the General Manager Poland & Czech Republic

Required knowledge and skills:
- Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in business services, transport, logistics or automotive sectors
- Professional proficiency in both Polish and English
- Solid knowledge of commercial dynamics
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets, with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Excellent level of operational and management autonomy
- Ability to organize information collected in a CRM
